Acceptance is limited to materials and quantities within our current will-carry authorization; some package types and activity levels are outside it. We confirm that at quote, in writing.

Honest limits

Where this makes sense — and where it doesn't.

Urgent, not routine. For scheduled source exchanges, ground hazmat carriers are cheaper. The air case is the emergency.
VFR day and night. Weather can delay a launch; we say so before you commit.
Payload and package size. Roughly 380 lb through a 20 × 22 inch door. Heavy shielded containers may simply not fit, and we will tell you at quote.
